Summer vacation somehow turned into a vacation from blogging at Alive-Awake-Uncomfortable.
And it’s not that there haven’t been ideas and perspectives and experiences to share!
As a mom of four who struggles to juggle it all, and sometimes truly struggles to prioritize, blogging and writing fell off the front burners.
Thanks to most of our brood (minus the 3yo) being vaccinated and/or boosted against Covid, it was a joyful, chaotic, busy summer with more travel than we’d had in the previous several summers. And I’m glad that we could do that and I could oversee and be present for that.
With several other transitions happening – kids in 3 schools now and wildly enough, a little part-time job for me – it’s been hard to jump back into my writing routine. (As routine as it ever was, which…. honestly… wasn’t very!)
But this serves as note to note that the ideas are a-bubblin’ over, and oh my, do I ever have the itch to write and the urge to blog! So please stay tuned, and in the meantime… maybe dig through the archives?
